Job summary

TTL, a growing engineering design firm with 500+ staff, seeks a Civil Design Engineer to join the Daphne, Alabama office. You will manage civil design and construction administration for municipal, commercial, industrial, and land development projects, building client relationships across Alabama and the Florida panhandle.

Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in civil engineering, 4–8 years of relevant experience, and an Alabama PE or ability to obtain within three months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Four to eight years of engineering design and construction administration experience in municipal, commercial, industrial, energy, residential, and general land development projects.
• Alabama PE license, or the ability to obtain one within three months.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline design projects and coordinate with clients, consultants, and agencies.
• Mentor younger professionals and support business development, project scoping, and alternative analysis.
• Build and maintain client relationships across Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.

In this critical role, you’ll help spur growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients throughout Alabama and the Florida panhandle. From business development, project scoping, and analyzing alternative solutions to leading multi-discipline design projects and mentoring our younger professionals, you’ll get the chance to do it all.

Requirements:
