Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Civil Designer/Engineer (Land Development) in Cary, NC. The role focuses on residential and commercial subdivisions, site development, and utility systems design, using AutoCAD Civil 3D. A 2–4 year background in civil engineering within a consulting environment is required.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, familiarity with land development projects, and a willingness to contribute to hydrology and drainage work. A valid EIT is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 2–4 years civil engineering experience in an engineering consulting firm.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Land development/water resources/site development experience.
• EIT certification preferred but not required.
• HydroCAD and HEC-RAS are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
• 2 to 4 years of Civil Engineering experience within an Engineering Consulting Firm
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong Written and verbal Communication skills
• Land Development and/or Water Resources experience, site development, and design of residential and/or commercial subdivisions, utility systems, and roadways.
• EIT Certification Preferred but Not Required
• HydroCAD and HEC-RAS is a Plus
