Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Civil Crew Foreman located in Lancaster, PA. The Civil Crew Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the construction crew, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Foreman will oversee the day-to-day operations, including planning and scheduling work, monitoring progress, and ensuring safety compliance. Additionally, the Foreman will be responsible for providing training and guidance to crew members, managing equipment and materials, and handling any issues that arise on the job site. Overnight travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising and coordinating construction crews
• Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site
• Experience with managing equipment and materials
