Qualifications

Anestablished and growing heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced HeavyCivil Superintendent to oversee field operations and construction activities onlocal projects throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate willhave demonstrated superintendent experience, strong leadership and planningskills, and the ability to effectively manage field crews and subcontractorswhile maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule, andproductivity.

Compensation

$120,000.00 –$180,000.00 annually (commensurate with experience). Benefits availableinclude:

Schedule

Day Shift,Monday – Friday.

Occasionalovertime and schedule flexibility may be required to meet project demands.

Projects areprimarily located within approximately 1–2 hours of the office, allowing forlocal travel with minimal overnight work.

Requirements

• 5+ years ofheavy civil construction experience with demonstrated responsibility as aSuperintendent.

• Provenability to lead multiple field crews, supervisors, and subcontractors acrossactive construction operations.
