The Project Manager will oversee civil underground utility and bridge construction in the region, coordinating budgets, schedules, and client communications. The position requires a BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and experience managing one large or multiple smaller projects, with proficiency in project management software and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Proven project management experience managing large or multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for assigned projects to meet objectives, funding and schedules.
• Monitor budget and schedule with look-ahead planning (2–3 weeks).
• Prepare cost reports, progress reports, forecasts, and pay applications.
• Coordinate with general superintendent on resources and stakeholder communication.
• Review drawings for constructability and accuracy; ensure safety and compliance.
• Mentor and train junior staff; enforce on-site rules and standards.
