Job summary

Synergen Construction in Louisiana seeks an experienced Project Manager of Civil Construction to lead projects from estimating through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, client communications, and field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.

Responsibilities include developing execution plans, monitoring milestones, coordinating with Superintendents and clients, preparing monthly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, estimating, scheduling, and project financial management.
• Experience with GPS machine control or construction technology preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from estimating/preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing.
• Monitor milestones and contractual obligations for timely completion.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, field personnel, and clients to ensure safety and quality.
• Prepare monthly project status reports and maintain project documentation.
