Qualifications
- 3+ years of construction observation, materials testing, or related training.
- Current driver's license and ability to travel for out-of-town assignments.
- Experience with airport or civil construction projects is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Represent owner in monitoring construction activities for compliance with plans and specifications.
- Perform and/or oversee onsite construction materials testing.
- Coordinate and communicate field construction activities with contractor and designers.
- Assist engineers with developing plans, including cost estimates and constructability reviews.
