Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy construction equipment on civil sites.
• OSHA certification is a plus; CDL preferred but not required.
• Ability to read construction plans and site layouts.
• Good safety practices and reliable transportation to sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely on active construction sites.
• Perform daily pre-operation inspections and report issues.
• Follow blueprints and instructions to complete tasks.
• Load, unload, and transport materials as needed.
• Grade, level, and excavate per specifications.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas and coordinate with crew.
• Assist with routine equipment maintenance.
• Meet project deadlines with foremen and team.
