Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with willingness to learn and trainability.
• OSHA 10 within 30 days of assignment.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Interpret project specifications and ensure work meets design, quality, and safety standards while staying on budget and schedule.
• Read and apply project contract documents, plans, specs, and RFIs.
• Maintain OSHA safety compliance and ensure PPE usage.
• Lead and develop crew; train on-site personnel and coordinate subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate daily/weekly activity reports and cost codes.
• Coordinate scheduling to improve crew efficiency and productivity.
