Qualifications

• Hands-on estimating experience in civil construction and utilities.
• 1-5 years of relevant estimating or preconstruction experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue strategic project opportunities
• Lead preconstruction process and scheduling
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for estimates
• Analyze plans, specs, and AHJ requirements
• Solicit and rate subcontractor/supplier quotes
• Maintain cost databases and current estimates
