Job summary

Farnsworth Group is seeking a Civil CAD Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support multiple disciplines and provide production support for Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, and Process Engineering.

You'll work with experienced engineers on projects including commercial, industrial, municipal, water and wastewater treatment and infrastructure, with a Hybrid Work Program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent certificate with specialization in AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Revit experience preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience as a CAD Technician in the civil engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Civil Engineering: projects including roadways, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water distribution, site design and grading.
• Land Survey: processing of survey data and creation of existing conditions drawings, including 3-D DTM and survey stakeouts.
• Process Engineering: plan preparations for treatment facilities.
