A multi-disciplined engineering firm in Pittsfield, IL is seeking an Engineering Technician to support project engineers in preparing design drawings and project documentation for municipal and public works projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Autodesk Civil 3D, have a keen attention to detail, and thrive in a small team setting. This position offers a salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 along with health benefits, PTO, and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Autodesk Civil 3D preferred.
• Experience in preparing civil engineering plans, preferably for municipal or public works.
• Strong understanding of drafting standards and plan production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings using Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Assist in drafting, design revisions, and production of construction documents.
• Support project engineers with modeling surfaces and quantity takeoffs.
