Job summary

McMahon Associates seeks an Engineering Technician to draft survey and civil engineering plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D. You will support residential, commercial, and subdivision projects and handle related administrative tasks while coordinating with team members to manage multiple projects daily.

The role requires a 2-year degree or technical training and at least 2 years of Civil 3D drafting experience, with knowledge of land surveying preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic AutoCAD drafting ability is required.
• 2-Year degree, technical degree, or schooling in progress.
• 2+ years of civil drafting experience utilizing Autodesk Civil 3D required.
• Knowledge of Land Surveying preferred.
• Proficient skills with Excel and other Office 365 products.

Responsibilities

• Draft survey and civil engineering projects including residential site plans.
• Prepare commercial/industrial plan sets and subdivision plan sets.
• Perform administrative office tasks and coordinate with team members on multiple projects per day.
