Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; 3D modeling experience.
• 2–3 years of civil/survey CAD drafting experience.
• Associate degree or higher in drafting, design, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed civil layout drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Carlson Software
• Generate profiles, alignments, surfaces, pipe networks, and construction details
• Interpret and apply engineering plans, notes, and specifications
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure model accuracy and drafting standards
• Utilize Carlson Software tools for land surveying, topographic data, and surface modeling
• Handle complex design and drafting tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Produce clear technical manuals describing project features, operations, and maintenance
• Review and verify engineering drawings for compliance with specifications and standards
• Communicate effectively with staff, clients, local jurisdictions, and project consultants
• Maintain productivity in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
