Qualifications

• Knowledge of land use, data practices, contracts, employment, taxation, and Human Services matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent the County in civil litigation and administrative matters.
• Provide legal counsel to County departments, boards, and commissions.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, contracts, and ordinances.
• Advise on data practices, land use, and other County legal matters.
• Collaborate with County officials and outside agencies.
