Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent the County in tax appeal litigation.
• Advise and represent County Social Services to protect vulnerable members.
• Conduct screenings of child protection reports with a multidisciplinary team.

Skills

Knowledge of Federal, State and Local criminal and civil law

Strong organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to train and work with law enforcement and human services personnel

Analytical ability

Education

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota

Valid MN Driver’s License
