Job Prerequisites:

The qualified candidate will:

• Must have a Juris Doctor degree and be admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio;
• Preferably have prior civil work experience, although not required;
• Be comfortable representing various county officials, responding to legal inquiries, researching and writing legal opinions, attending various court hearings and civil trials, and meeting with public officials;
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of professional behavior and impeccable integrity and ethics;
• Be familiar and comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Westlaw and other Windows based programs.
