Zusammenfassung

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a Civil 3D CAD/BIM Designer to join our team in Hollywood, Tampa, Orlando, or Boca Raton, Florida. This hybrid role requires 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, collaborating with engineers to produce 3D and 2D drawings using Autodesk software.

The ideal candidate will have Civil 3D experience and proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, with a focus on water/wastewater treatment plant and pump station projects, and strong communication for cross-disciplinary coordination.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of technical school CAD design certificate or Associate’s/Bachelor’s in Engineering Design, Drafting, or related field
• Experience with Civil 3D
• Any experience with AutoCAD 2D
• Basic understanding of Civil Site piping and associated materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary groups
• Effective communication skills with attention to technical details

• Prepare site layouts, enlarged plans, sections, and details for various civil site and process mechanical systems
• Willingness to be a team player and be proactive to ensure projects stay on time and budget
• Strong communication with team members to execute markups and understand design details
• Ensure drawing compliance with company and client CAD standards
• Ambition to learn, communicate effectively, and collaborate with other team members
