Job summary

Hazen and Sawyer in Florida is seeking a Structural CAD/BIM Designer for our Tampa, Orlando, or Hollywood offices. This hybrid role requires 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, working with senior designers and engineers on contract documents for water, wastewater, and pump station facilities.

You will develop structural Revit models, adhere to project CAD-BIM standards, coordinate with process mechanical, electrical, architectural, and HVAC teams, and prepare drawings with precision for

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of structural design experience.
• 1-3 years of Revit experience; degree preferred OR CAD certificate.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with other designers and engineers.
• Ambition to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop structural Revit models, families, and contract documents.
• Learn and follow project CAD-BIM standards and produce contract drawings.
• Ensure drawing compliance with company and client CAD standards.
• Execute redlines from Engineers and senior CAD Designers.
• Coordinate structural Revit models and contract drawings with other disciplines to avoid interferences.
