Job summary

The National Constitution Center seeks a visionary chief technology officer to lead technology strategy for national growth and innovation. Reporting to the president and CEO, the CTO will translate educational direction into scalable digital platforms, AI-enabled learning, and trusted knowledge infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven experience leading enterprise technology, digital products, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, data, and AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the executive leadership team and strategic adviser to the president and CEO.
• Develop and execute a long-term technology strategy aligned with the Center’s mission and growth objectives.
• Translate organizational strategy into technology investments that advance learning, engagement, and operations.
• Advise on emerging technologies, enterprise risk, cybersecurity, AI, and investment priorities.
• Lead digital learning product strategy, roadmap, and UX practices across platforms.
• Oversee modernization of the public website and digital learning ecosystems.
• Establish governance for responsible AI and data stewardship.
