The role collaborates with multiple campus offices and community partners to develop content for reports, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of community engagement work experience in an academic or non-profit environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees production of the Public Service Weekly newsletter in fall and spring.
• Generates social media content and connects with stakeholders across campus and community.
• Develops content for promotional materials, annual reports, and program directories.
• Collaborates with tutors, proctors, faculty, staff, alumni, and partners to support special programming.
• Supports events including conferences, speaker events, residential activities, and days of service.
• Reviews grants, serves on committees, and represents the department at campus and community meetings.
