Close Up Foundation in Arlington, VA, seeks an Educational Outreach Coordinator to cultivate relationships with educators, schools, and community leaders and to grow participation in Washington, D.C. student programs.

In this full-time role, you'll manage accounts, support recruitment, and explore new partnerships across K–12 education, delivering teacher professional development and customized programs through phone, video, and in-person visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of related experience in sales, education, or non-profit work.
• Strong relationship building with educators, schools, and community leaders.
• Excellent written and oral communication; high ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and grow a portfolio of existing school and district partners.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers.
• Cultivate relationships with educators, administrators, and community leaders within your territories.
• Identify and pursue new recruitment opportunities and partnerships in your region(s).
• Promote Close Up’s civic education programs to increase participation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure program delivery quality.
• Achieve and exceed assigned goals and performance benchmarks.
• Represent Close Up at conferences, school visits, and regional events.
