Job summary

Telnet, Inc. seeks an Info Sys Applications Analyst 2 to provide primary support for CityWorks and related systems in a government setting in Nashville. The role includes testing, business analysis, and data reporting using Crystal Reports and SQL.

You will coordinate with multiple teams and contribute to enterprise-wide projects while training end-users. Ideal candidates will have SSMS experience, strong SQL skills, and a background in systems analysis to resolve issues, implement enhancements,

Qualifications

• Experience with CityWorks configuration and support.
• Experience with Crystal reporting and SQL queries.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Experience as systems analyst, supporting users with issues resolution, system enhancements, upgrades and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary application support for CityWorks and related systems.
• Perform application testing (plans, cases and execution) and troubleshoot.
• Conduct business analysis activities for enterprise applications including work plans and status reporting.
• Create/modify reports and data extracts using Crystal Reports and SQL queries.
• Coordinate with process owners, users, ITS team and consultants on projects.
• Lead end-user training and prepare training materials as part of implementation rollout.
