Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and supervise city-wide athletic programs for youth or adults.
  • Consult with administrative staff to plan athletic activities and prepare schedules.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise part-time staff and officials.
  • Coordinate with neighborhood groups to assess athletic needs and interests.
  • Oversee registration, rosters, and eligibility requirements for teams.
  • Work with outside agencies to secure and schedule facilities; inspect facilities.
  • Monitor budget expenditures and supervise weekend and night events.
