Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of senior leadership experience in directing and synchronizing technology, digital strategy, and program operation workstreams.
• 7+ years of project management experience in implementing complex technology solutions in government or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across IT, data, product, program operations, and policy counsel to solve common problems.
• Translate business requirements into work plans that harness technology to enhance strategy and operations.
• Establish performance metrics and governance processes for technology initiatives.
• Coordinate inter-agency collaboration to implement major initiatives and optimize service delivery.
