Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in City or Regional Planning or related field.

Aufgaben

• Respond to basic planning and zoning inquiries.
• Draft planning and zoning correspondences (verifications etc.)
• Prepare Community Development marketing documents, brochures etc.
• Process and review zoning permits (sign, occupational tax etc.)
• Coordinate with the Community Development Director on land use matters
• Prepare ordinances related to zoning and land use issues
• Assist with department recommendations to Planning Commission and Zoning Appeals Board
• Review preliminary plats, construction plans and survey plats for policy compliance
• Work with other departments and agencies on land-use data
• Perform other related duties as assigned
