Job summary

South Central Service Cooperative is seeking a Planner to support the City’s planning and community development efforts through comprehensive planning, zoning administration, development review, and policy development.

The role reviews development proposals, ensures compliance with City codes, collaborates with developers and the public, prepares recommendations for City leaders, and oversees the Planning Commission. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, geography, architecture, or a related field.
• Considerable municipal planning experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Range: $86,672 - $103,491
