• Provide recommendations to senior leadership to improve market performance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Account Management to ensure consistent service and timely escalations.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to monitor order flow and on-time delivery.
• Partner with client success management to optimize existing accounts and address gaps.
