Job summary

Picnic Delivery in Seattle is seeking an Operations liaison to own the city’s performance, train teams on systems, and ensure accurate setup of users and data. You’ll collaborate with local restaurants and the operations team to support scalable lunch programs.

This onsite role starts at $30 per hour; compensation is determined by experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off as Picnic continues to grow.

What you’ll do
  • Support operations organization by ensuring operational data is correct, and users are set up correctly to use the operating systems.
  • Run quality assurance and data audit activities to ensure data is accurate and updated.
  • Manage process-based customer needs on behalf of the operations team, such as payments, alcohol applications, tobacco licenses, health permits, etc, liaising with external counsel as required.
  • Train the operations team on the use of systems, acting as the key interface with the team via phone and email support in a professional and efficient manner
  • Support other activities within Business Operations as required.

What else you need to know

This role is based in our Seattle office. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.

The base starting rate for this role is $30.00 per hour.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
