The City of Sunrise is seeking applicants for a full-time maintenance position focused on construction, grounds, and public works tasks. You will perform manual labor, assist with concrete work, setting forms, and road maintenance under supervision.

Opportunities exist for skill development and safety training. Shift is 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM on Tuesday through Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off, and the city is piloting an every-other-Friday-off schedule starting in 2026 to improve work-life

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited high school or GED equivalent.
• Proof of highest level of education must be submitted with application.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload dirt, sand, cement and other materials for street and building projects.
• Assist in digging, grading, and setting forms for concrete work.
• Repair leaks, backfill ditches, and install/maintain street drainage.
