Job summary

Brodie League is seeking a Sr. Director of Growth in Houston to launch and grow a new market. You will recruit founders, secure venues, and drive community engagement while building the team that will scale the city’s basketball scene.

The role blends community-building, sales, and growth marketing, requiring evenings and weekend availability. You will be the local face, manage partnerships, and deliver a repeatable launch strategy for future expansion.

Qualifications

• Must live in the neighbourhood we are launching in, or one directly beside it.
• Evenings and weekends availability is required.
• Existing network in the local basketball community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open a Brodie market in a neighbourhood you know.
• Recruit a minimum of 24 founding captains in the first season.
• Source and validate venues, fill the gym, and run the launch season.
• Be the face of Brodie in your city at games, open runs, and in chats.
• Build relationships with coaches, trainers, gym staff, and organizers.
• Drive the referral program to maximize recruiting channels.
• Close venue deals and track revenue in CRM; forecast market performance.
• Help build a repeatable launch playbook for future cities.
