Results for America is seeking a dynamic Manager, New Cities, What Works Cities to guide a portfolio of cities through the Certification process. You will work with city staff, WWC leadership, and external partners to build data-driven practices and achieve Certification.

Travel up to 30-40% annually is required. This is a full-time exempt role, based in a home office anywhere in the United States, reporting to the Associate Director, New Cities, WWC.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of general work experience and a college degree (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience with local governments and a commitment to improving government effectiveness.
• Strong project management, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Google Suite and collaboration tools is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Guide a portfolio of cities through the What Works Cities Certification process and track progress toward Certification.
• Lead city engagements, briefings, site visits, and develop action plans with city staff.
• Coordinate outreach and recruitment to bring cities into WWC and scale the program across regions.
• Manage data and reporting activities using Salesforce and the assessment platform.
