Founders School seeks a Pod Leader to run a city program, owning business, academic, and enrollment outcomes. You will coach teenage founders, run daily programs, and close enrollments while building a vibrant local ecosystem and reputation.

You’ll act as the single accountable owner for students, metrics, and growth. You lead standups, run events, manage partnerships, and ensure the cohort delivers measurable progress toward $1M in revenue and strong academics.

Responsibilities

• Coaching your student founders 1:1 through strategy, execution, and growth.
• Running the daily program: standups, debriefs, workshops, founder dinners, accountability rhythm.
• Owning the academic bar and catching up students before crises.
• Running enrollment for your city: info sessions, tours, and closing leads.
