Crossover is hiring a Founder Coach in Austin, TX. This full-time, on-site role supports Alpha High School students building ventures with real business potential. You will coach founders, monitor outcomes, and drive both academic and venture progress through data-driven coaching and actionable plans.

You will lead workshops and group sessions, ensuring accountability and tangible skill development. Relocation support provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Willing to work on-site at Alpha High School in Austin, TX (relocation support provided).
• At least 2 years coaching or developing others with concrete outcomes.
• Experience owning outcomes with significant impact (e.g., revenue or growth).
• Minimum 1 year working with young people on projects or learning goals.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to student founders, guiding strategy and execution.
• Use dashboards and updates to diagnose progress and define next actions.
• Monitor academic performance and intervene early when needed.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops with applied-learning takeaways.
• Lead stand-ups, debriefs, and group discussions to ensure accountability.
