Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible facilities management or project management experience.
• Municipal government experience preferred.
• Facilities Manager certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building maintenance operations and coordinate with city departments, the Arvada Center, and contractors.
• Deliver project management for non-engineering facilities and public works projects.
• Assist in CIP planning, cost estimation, and scheduling for budget requests.
• Manage building replacement funds in line with asset management plans.
• Coordinate ADA transition plan funding and implementation with partners.
