A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and 10+ years’ civil engineering experience with 3 years

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, engineering, or a related field; at least 10 years of progressively responsible civil engineering experience; and three years of management or supervisory experience. A Kansas Professional Engineer license, or the ability to obtain one within six months of hire, is required.
