Job summary

Border States Industries, Inc. in Meridian, MS is seeking a City Desk Supervisor to lead daily operations, enter and fill orders, process returns, and keep the City Desk stocked. You will coordinate with SAP functions and maintain catalogs and price sheets to support sales and technical assistance.

The role requires supervisory experience in warehouse or city desk settings and a 2-year degree is preferred, with strong knowledge of electrical products and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a 2-year business/trade degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in warehouse, city desk, or sales roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical products or systems preferred.
• English reading/writing/speaking ability preferred.
• Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, internet, email, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day City Desk operations.
• Enter, fill, and process orders and returns; manage Will Call and technical assistance.
• Maintain clean, stocked City Desk display; update vendor catalogs and price sheets.
• Inform departments of stock outs and inventory discrepancies; ensure proper shelving and locators.
• Support marketing planning and product-line initiatives as needed.
