Job summary

The City of Sallisaw seeks a City Attorney to provide legal counsel to the city government, draft and review ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and other legal documents.

The attorney will represent the city in legal proceedings, ensure compliance with applicable laws including the Open Meetings Act, and attend City Council meetings as needed. Oklahoma licensure is required, with strong analytical, negotiation, and collaborative skills preferred.
