Responsibilities

• Maintains the general accounting records system and prepares financial data used to produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, statements and budgets.
• Gives work direction to department clerical staff for completing routine daily tasks.
• Supports human resources, especially during the benefits open enrollment process.
• Performs related duties as assigned under the director of human resources and administrative services.
