Job summary

ADM is seeking a Citrus Products Supervisor in Florida to lead a laboratory team focused on citrus oil formulations and product development. The role supports daily operations, ensures safety, and collaborates with production, logistics and R&D to meet customer needs.

The position requires a BS in Chemistry or related science, 5+ years of lab experience in citrus/food industries, and strong communication and project-management skills. It is a full-time role with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Chemistry, Food Science or related field; equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years laboratory experience, preferably in citrus or food industries.
• Technical knowledge of citrus oils preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook proficiency.
• Proven problem solving and creative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department to achieve KPIs and safety requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to develop formulation skills.
• Develop team specialists and assign formulations tasks with workload balance.
• Coordinate with production planner and logistics for work orders and stock.
• Collaborate with R&D to establish a standard portfolio and flavor creation teams.
• Oversee reports and workflows for sales orders and work orders.
• Monitor lab testing (GC, pH, etc.) and ensure compliance with SOPs.
