A leading company is seeking a Desktop Support Admin to manage Citrix issues and support for employees across various sites. The role requires a strong technical support background, particularly in Citrix and Active Directory, with a mix of onsite and remote work. Ideal candidates must be eligible for Secret clearance and are expected to provide prompt resolution of issues while adhering to IT Service Level Agreements.

3 days onsite, 2 days remote in Dallas, TX
Must be legally able to obtain Secret clearance in the future
The Desktop Support Admin reports directly to the Desktop Support Manager. The Desktop Support Admin is responsible for all Citrix issues and any related console tied to that support i.e. O365, Active Directory for support for all company sites, vendors, contractors, and employees.

This role is targeting candidates at an hourly pay range between $45.47 - $55.97 per hour for the duration of the 6 month contract.
