Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $55.00/hr

3 days onsite, 2 days remote in Dallas, TX

Must be legally able to obtain Secret clearance in the future

The Desktop Support Admin reports directly to the Desktop Support Manager. The Desktop Support Admin is responsible for all Citrix issues and any related console tied to that support i.e. O365, Active Directory for support for all company sites, vendors, contractors, and employees.

Essential Functions:

• Diagnoses and resolve problems associated with Citrix software and systems; determine the source of problems and classify their level, priority, and nature.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support vendor Citrix sessions, questions, tickets, and support.
• Help monitor the overall Desktop Support ticket queue and provide local as well as remote support to other Data Center sites.
• Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers and administrative systems.
• Follow documented procedures, standards, best practices configurations, settings, installation sequences and back-out instructions.
• Provide technical support and fault resolution with timely feedback to users, adhering to IT Service Level Agreements
• Manage special projects as requested by leadership.

Compensation

This role is targeting candidates at an hourly pay range between $45.47 - $55.97 per hour for the duration of the 6 month contract.
