Shift: Shift 1/8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $90,667.20 - 117,852.80 / Annual

This is a remote position. Incumbents residing in Florida may work remotely. Occasional on-site work at Lee Health locations may be required.

Summary

This position is a key resource for the Information Systems Department, responsible for managing and administering the SailPoint IdentityNow platform, supporting IAM operations, and Citrix Virtual Desktop. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure access policies, provisioning, and security practices are followed to protect healthcare data and meet compliance standards.

Responsibilities include:

1. SailPoint IdentityNow Management: Assist in configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SailPoint IdentityNow, ensuring proper identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance policies.
2. Policy Enforcement: Assist in implementing and enforcing IAM policies for user authentication, authorization, and governance across healthcare applications.
3. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot IAM-related issues, responding promptly to user issues.
4. Audit & Compliance: Generate reports and assist in IAM audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations like HIPAA.
5. Collaboration: Work with security, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management workflows.
6. Responsible for Kuiper thick client deployments.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (5 years of relevant work experience may substitute).
• Experience: 3-5 years designing and implementing IAM solutions, familiarity with SailPoint IdentityNow, security protocols (SAML, MFA, LDAP), analytical troubleshooting, attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork skills. Knowledge of password policies, HIPAA privacy, and timeout devices.

Additional Experience Preferences:

• Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow
• Experience with MS Azure AD Hybrid environments
• Understanding of Epic Security
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, Puppet

Certification/Registration Requirements:

SailPoint certification preferred (e.g., Identity Security Engineer, Administrator).

Other Requirements:

Some after-hours work, periodic 24x7 on-call support, and participation in Emergency/Hurricane Response teams as needed.
