As a Citizens Teller, you make a real difference for our customers and the branch team.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers in our lobbies and demonstrate how to use mobile apps and ATMs for transactions.
• Create positive experiences by helping customers achieve financial goals with personalized advice and connecting them to Bankers.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits, responding effectively to questions and concerns.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures, including cash handling and compliance with laws.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• At least 6 months experience with transactions (cash/digital)
• At least 1 year customer service experience, recommending products/services
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to ask questions, identify needs, and develop customer relationships
• Problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude
• Comfort with digital technology
• Availability for branch hours, including weekends and evenings
• Complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of applying

Preferred Skills/Experience

• 1 year transaction processing experience
• Ability to motivate and collaborate with others
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask

Hours & Schedule

• 30 hours/week
• Varies with branch needs, including weekends/evenings
