Job summary

Citizen in New York City is seeking a senior product leader to unify eight years of features (live video, incidents, alerts, Protect, Premium, enterprise consoles, API) into one coherent product.

You will own consumer activation, retention and the subscription business, drive enterprise product and API packaging, build and run a team of AI agents doing PM production work, and own metrics and experimentation end-to-end. Reports to Founder & CEO; on-site NYC.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years as product leader in consumer or enterprise settings.
• Experience across consumer, subscription and enterprise products with APIs.
• Reports to founder/CEO; on-site NYC.
