An established industry player is seeking a strategic Mid-Corp Relationship Manager in the Food, Beverage, and Agribusiness sector. This role demands a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in commercial banking and credit products. The Food, Beverage, and Agribusiness Mid-Corp Relationship Manager is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in the field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Has a good understanding of the industry, and understands the competitive landscape. Has strong product knowledge across credit products and traditional banking products. Understands capital markets and with transactional experience in both debt capital markets and equity capital markets. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally and externally, often at a senior level. Accountable for significant direct business results and providing authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates responsibility over technical strategy. Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project. Also, responsible for mentoring Analysts, Associates and Junior Bankers.
