Job summary

Pilot Assessments, based near Morristown, NJ, seeks a Citation XLS First Officer (SIC) to support business aviation missions. You will partner with the Captain to maintain safety, compliance, and service excellence on every flight.

Requirements include 1,000 hours total time, 500 PIC, 500 MEL, a current FAA First Class Medical, and a valid Citation XLS or comparable type rating. On-call availability and relocation considerations are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum flight experience required for safety‑critical operations.
• Must hold a valid FAA First Class Medical.
• Type rating for Citation XLS or equivalent is required.
• Ability to operate in a on‑call aviation environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute safe, compliant flight operations in line with regulations and SOPs.
• Serve as SIC on business aviation flights with a Captain partner.
• Review maintenance status and paperwork prior to flight release.
• Complete thorough pre‑flight inspections and trip planning.
• Maintain high standards of passenger service and airmanship.
• Accurately complete trip reports and documentation.
