Under general supervision, the incumbent independently facilitates all administrative and analytical functions related to citation processing services for the campus community, including review and processing of administrative review appeals, coordination of administrative hearings, contributing towards the development and implementation of ongoing policies, procedures, guidelines and reporting related to the program.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge and the ability to understand, interpret, and apply complex rules and regulations to provide effective and consistent citation processing services in accordance with state laws and legislative mandates. They demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently while ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable requirements. The candidate has proven experience utilizing Enterprise Management Systems, including conducting testing and fit-gap analyses for system updates and implementations. They are skilled in analyzing data to monitor compliance, identify trends, recognize potential issues, and recommend effective solutions. Additionally, they are highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy, accountability, and high-quality performance.

Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of related experience required.
Valid CA Driver's License required.
