SkyShare is seeking a CE-525 Captain based in Ogden, UT to operate a dedicated managed Citation M2 to the highest safety and service standards. You will lead with professionalism, ensure compliance with FAA rules, and deliver exceptional client experiences during multi-time-zone trips.

Responsibilities include preflight-to-postflight service, fatigue management, and cross-department collaboration. A strong safety-first mindset and polished communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• CE-525 current and qualified.
• Total flight time requirements: 3,000+ hours with PIC 250+ and other multi-engine/jet/instrument breakdowns.
• FAA CPL or ATP (Restricted or Unrestricted) with appropriate category/class and Instrument Rating.
• Valid FAA First Class Medical and FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• U.S. passport and driver’s license; pass TSA background checks; SIDA where applicable.
• Work authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• IFR currency maintained.
• Garmin G1000/G3000 experience preferred; Part 135 time is a plus.

Role Overview

As Captain, you will operate a dedicated managed Citation M2 to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and client care. What You'll Do

• Command Part 135 flights with strict adherence to FAA regulations, company SOPs, checklists, and best practices.
• Deliver a polished, professional client experience from preflight to postflight, including concierge-level service.
• Plan and execute trips that may span multiple time zones and rapidly changing weather conditions.
• Manage fatigue and sleep effectively to ensure readiness and safety.
• Collaborate across departments to solve operational challenges proactively.
• Safely handle animals and occasionally move items up to 80 lbs as needed for trip success.

What You Bring

• CE-525 series current and qualified.
• Total time: 3,000+ hours | PIC: 250+ hours | Multi-engine: 500+ hours | Jet: 300+ hours | Instrument: 200+ hours.
• Certificates: FAA CPL or ATP (Restricted or Unrestricted) with appropriate category/class and Instrument Rating.
• Medical/Permits: Valid FAA First Class Medical and FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
• Documents: Valid U.S. passport and driver's license; able to pass TSA background checks and obtain SIDA where applicable.
• Work authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• IFR currency: Maintains current IFR knowledge and experience.
• Preferred: Garmin G1000/G3000 experience; prior Part 135 time.
• Professional skills: Safety-first mindset, strong communication and decision-making, integrity and confidentiality, polished customer presence, adaptability across dynamic operations.
• Physical/operational: Able to handle animals and occasionally lift/move up to 80 lbs.

Schedule & Duty

• Duty periods up to 14 hours/day for as many as eight consecutive days.
• Mix of daytime, nighttime, weekday, weekend, and holiday assignments.
• Overnight hotel stays with several days/nights away from home as trips require.
• Operations across multiple time zones and varied weather environments.

Base & Residency

• Base: Ogden, Utah (KOGD).
• Residency: Must reside within one hour of Ogden Airport or relocate within two months of hire.
• Commuting: Not permitted for this role.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $145,000-$160,000 annually, based on experience and time in type.
• Position: Dedicated managed-aircraft Captain with a fluid schedule.
• Training: Company training with an 18-month repayment agreement, amortized quarterly.
