Pilot Assessments in Phoenix seeks an experienced pilot to serve as PIC on C680A Citations for on‑demand charter missions. You will be the primary client-facing representative, building strong relationships with owners, operators and partners, while adapting to rotating schedules and short-notice callouts.

You will uphold FAA compliance, train the SIC, and maintain meticulous records, with a strong focus on safety and service excellence on every leg.

Qualifications

• 3,000+ total flight hours with 1,500+ PIC hours.
• 250+ PIC or SIC hours in a mid-size jet or larger (>20,000 lb MTOW).
• Current FAA pilot license with prior PIC jet rating; current First-Class Medical.
• No accidents, incidents, or sanctions in the past five years; able to pass drug/background checks.
• Strong aviation operations knowledge; ability to train SIC.
• Excellent communication and leadership; professional appearance and demeanor.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Nice to have: Part 135.293/.297 qualifications in a jet with FSI/SimuFlite training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PIC on the C680A Citation Latitude for Part 91 and Part 135 on‑demand charter missions.
• Act as Cutter Aviation’s primary client-facing representative, building relationships with owners and operators.
• Adapt to a rotating schedule and respond to short-notice callouts while remaining ready and professional.
• Ensure strict FAA compliance with flight operations, qualifications, currency, and aircraft standards.
• Follow procedures for reporting irregularities during flight and ground checks.
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative duties as directed by leadership.
• Train and mentor the SIC to perform SIC duties properly and confidently.
• Uphold safety and service excellence on every leg.
