Cutter Aviation in Phoenix, AZ presents an internal opportunity for a Pilot-in-Command to serve as the company’s storefront in the field. The PIC will command a C680A Citation Latitude on-demand charter flights under Part 91 and 135, while building strong relationships with owners, operators, business partners and the aviation community.

The ideal candidate will meet extensive flight time and credential requirements, including 3000 total hours, 1500 PIC hours, 250 PIC or SIC in a mid-size jet,

Qualifications

• 3,000 total flight hours.
• 1,500 PIC hours.
• 250 PIC or SIC hours in a mid-size jet (>20,000 lbs MTOW).
• Current FAA pilot license and 1st Class Medical.
• No accidents, incidents or sanctions in the past 5 years.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• PIC on a C680A Citation Latitude for Part 91/135 on-demand charter flights.
• Provide world-class service to clients and maintain flight records.
• Ensure FAA regulatory compliance, qualifications, currency, and airworthiness.
• Follow procedures for reporting irregularities during flights and ground checks.
• Train SIC pilots to perform their functions.
• Adapt to rotating schedules and short-notice callouts.

The Pilot-in-Command will function as the primary face of Cutter Aviation and must be an exceptional relationship builder with the drive to provide world-class customer service to our clients. The Pilot is effectively the Companys store-front in the field. He/she is the external representative of our company to our A/C owners, operators, business partners, and to the business aviation community.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class uncompromising service to our clients
• PIC on a C680A Citation Latitude in Part 91 and 135 on-demand charter operations.
• Ability to adapt to rotating schedules and short notice callouts.
• Ensuring compliance with FAA regulations pertaining to actual flight, qualifications, currency and fitness for flight as well as aircraft compliance
• Follow established procedures for reporting irregularities during flights, ground checks, and maintaining records
• Additional administrative duties as assigned by Director of Operations and Chief Pilot
• Uncompromising commitment to safety
• Desire to provide world-class service
• Previous PIC Jet Type Rating
• 3000 Total Time hours
• 1500 PIC Hours
• 250 PIC or SIC Hours in a Mid-Size Jet or Larger (>20,000lbs Max Takeoff Weight)
• Valid, current Pilots License issued by the FAA
• Current 1st Class Medical
• No accidents, incidents or sanctions in the past 5 years
• Knowledge of general aviation aircraft and their service requirements plus the needs of crews and passengers
• Ability to train the SIC pilot to properly perform their functions
• A sincere desire to assist customers and be part of a team
• Excellent Customer Service, Organizational, and Communication Skills
• Professional in appearance and mannerisms

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Part 135.293/297 in a Jet
• FSI or Simuflite Training

Other Requirements:

• Able to pass a drug screening test
• Able to pass a background check
• Must have High School Diploma or GED
